MyStartr Incubator exists to help entrepreneurs transform great ideas into fundable businesses. We believe every dreamer deserves a chance to be seen and supported.

Through structured learning, mentorship, and the real-world experience of equity crowdfunding, we guide founders to cross the bridge from zero to their first million.

在創業的世界裡，許多團隊卡在「好點子」與「成長資金」之間的鴻溝。 MyStartr 孵化器的誕生，就是為了讓這道鴻溝被跨越。 我們相信—— 真正改變世界的力量，不只來自資本，更來自群眾的信任。 因此，我們設計了一套以「股權眾籌（ECF）」為核心的孵化計劃， 讓創業者在學習商業邏輯、理解融資責任與建立投資人信任的過程中， 一步步成為能被市場認可的公司。

Entrepreneurship and fundraising are deeply intertwined — or more precisely, the life cycle of a startup is inseparable from its funding journey. A startup’s life cycle can be divided into six stages, each with its own focus and capital requirements. If founders can successfully raise the right amount of funding at each stage and stay focused on the key goals of that phase, every startup will have a much higher chance of success.

創業與融資息息相關，或者可以更精準地說，創業的生命週期與融資息息相關。創業的生命週期可分為 6 段，每一段都有各自的專注和資金需求，因此如果能每一段都融到資金，專注於該段的發展，每一個創業都有很高的成功機會。

  • Accelerate your company growth through the incubator and equity crowdfunding.

  • For founders who are ready to grow.

  • Participants must be registered as a private limited company (Sdn. Bhd.).

  • Startups should already have revenue — or at least an early base of users.

Crowdfunding is similar to a mini-IPO, involving open and transparent fundraising from the public. Business owners/startup teams need to take responsibility—to society, staff, suppliers, and especially to investors.


Technically, the following aspects need to be learned and mastered:

The incubator is an intensive training program designed for equity crowdfunding. It's not just about securing funding, but also about helping entrepreneurs gain a clearer understanding of their business structure, value, and how to create a growth roadmap.

 

創業者們經歷過市場的洗禮，確定持續走向創業之路，圓夢工場為這群勇者們，打造下一段旅程。

 

孵化器是為股權眾籌而設的密集培訓方案，不但是為了融資，更是讓創業者們可以更清晰地理解企業架構、企業價值及打造一個成長的路線圖。
 

ECF 股權眾籌

This is a market test for entrepreneurs, allowing them to truly enter the investment market and involve investors in their startups. It's also an opportunity for entrepreneurs to raise funds for the next stage of their business development and accelerate growth. Even better, they can obtain government co-investment funds through crowdfunding.

 

這是創業者的市場考驗，真正走入投資市場，讓投資人參與到創業項目中。​也是創業者們的機會，能為企業的下一段發展融資，並加速成長。​更好的是，能透過眾籌得到政府的共同投資基金。

Accelerator 加速器

Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, MyStartr sets up an accelerator to help startups maintain their focus and overcome obstacles as they face challenges and opportunities during their rapid growth, preparing them for the next round of funding and development.

 

Once a startup can continue to raise funds, investors have a greater chance of getting returns.

 

眾籌成功後，MyStartr設置加速器，以協助企業在加速發展時，面對各種挑戰和契機的當下，能把持朝往目標的精神並排除萬難為下一段融資及發展準備。
